Review, approve, or decline appointment requests
How it works: Approve confirms and emails the customer. Reschedule proposes a new time and updates your calendar. Decline rejects a pending request. Cancel Appt cancels any booking and notifies the customer — for deposit services (Automotive/PPF), a Refund Deposit button then appears with step-by-step instructions.
